International Wine CellarRating: 89/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 120, May/June 2005. ($65; 50% cabernet sauvignon, 35% merlot and 15% cabernet franc) Fresh red-ruby. Black raspberry and roasted coffee on the nose. Supple, sweet flavors of red berries and red cherry, with a hint of roasted torrefaction. A solid spine of acidity gives this wine a light touch. Finishes sweet, firmly tannic and persistent, oaky but not dry, with lovely subtle fruit.
