9% Cabernet Sauvignon; 2% Cabernet Franc. Young and a little unformed vis-a-vis varietal focus, this fairly outgoing effort gets full credit for its attractive mix of ripe red fruits, creamy oak and hints of currants and black cherries. It is ripe and fleshy in feel and perhaps a little on the soft side for long-term aging, but it is enjoyable now and can grow a bit.
