On the quiet side in its aromas, but decently focused on sweet pears and apples with an enriching oak-driven overlay, this ripe and balanced effort comes through in much the same fashion in its somewhat mild but clean, decently varietal flavors. It shortens a touch in the finish and will show well if paired with the lighter white fishes grilled in butter.
