WINEMAKER'S NOTE
This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers complex aromas, concentrated fruit flavors and a velvety texture. With its full body and lingering finish, this wine will complement a variety of foods and will continue to improve with short or long-term cellaring.
The Honig Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with lamb, duck, beef and wild game. It also makes a perfect complement to pasta with red sauce, pizza and a variety of cheeses.

90"The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Bartolucci Vineyard is a 250-case cuvee from a vineyard planted at the base of Spring Mountain. This seriously-endowed, dense, full-bodied Cabernet exhibits high tannin, copious oak notes, but soft, sweet tannin in the finish. It should be delicious after another 1-2 years of bottle age, and will last 12-15 years."
