I held this bottle for 2 and a half years. When I finally uncorked it it was dark purple thick letting little light swirl through the glass. The taste was rich but finished very clean. Light tannins. Good fruit. Nothing over powering. Went excellent with rich buttery spiced lentils and raisin rice.
