The 2000 Silver Oak Alexander Valley is a classic, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with a dark, ruby color and a complex nose of cassis, blueberries, cherries, nutmeg, chocolate and sandalwood. It is luscious and full-bodied on the palate and has a long, fruit-laden finish reminiscent of licorice.
