This wine presents aromas of oak with its distinctive vanilla sweetness, cedar and even a tinge of roasted smokiness. The palate is elegant---round and rich, with hints of ripe cherry. Due to the vintage, this wine will mature beautifully over the next eight to fifteen years, not to diminish how appealingly complex it is now. This wine is comprised of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot.
