2000 Columbia Crest Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Estates
“This is a deep, dark wine with black cherry, blueberry and mocha aromas woven with cedar and toast. The flavors are rich and concentrated, and the tannins provide structure and complexity that make this wine ideal for immediate enjoyment or capable of aging for 15 years.” - Doug Gore, Winemaker
Wine.com100% Cabernet SauvignonA dark ruby wine with varietal berry and black cherry nuances layered with a hint of sage and spicy cedar. International Wine CellarRed-ruby. Currant, chocolate, smoky oak and a whiff of dill on the nose. Nicely layered, sweet and flavorful, with notes of currant, raspberry and chocolatey oak. Finishes with rather suave, chocolatey tannins. An excellent cabernet value.
