Pale silvery-pink color, with an energetic, frothy mousse. Restrained and understated on the nose, with delicate strawberry and raspberry aromas accented by fresh rose and rhubarb. Silky-smooth on the palate, with flavors of wild strawberry and fresh cranberry kissed by cinnamon spice. This is quite young but promises to be another wonderful bottle of Champagne. The finish is fine-grained, precise and very long.
