Splurge wine. This was fantastic and epitomizes syrah. Complex nose of dark fruits, minerals, game, herbs and bramble. Perfectly balanced with a complex, sharp finish. Pairs well with simple red meat preparations, pizza, salumi, lightly sauces pastas. Buy if you find. Will end up on your list of memorable wine experiences.
