Wine.comIntensely fragrant and crisp, Beaujolais-Villages Jadot is a vivacious, succulent wine of exceptional charm full of bright, floral fruit flavors underscored by youthful, peppery notes and plump tannins. Delicious slightly chilled, its lively freshness is best appreciated when young. To enhance the quality of the wine, Jadot also practices a replis, whereby wines from various crus of Beaujolais are declassified and added to the blend, constituting up to forty percent of the final cuvee in some vintages. Though costly, this measure yields a wine of superior structure, depth and complexity.

International Wine CellarBright red-ruby. Minerally aromas of red cherry, red berries and dried flowers. Offers great subtlety and grip in the mouth; notes of blackberry, boysenberry and sous-bois Superb intensity of flavor without any excess weight. Has real penetration and cut. Finishes firmly tannic, with outstanding subtle persistence. This really put on structure during its last months in barrel.
