The 1999 Lindemans Bin 99 Pinot Noir showcases the merits of excellence in fruit sourcing from Lindemans` extensive vineyard holdings across Australia - in particular South Australia`s foremost wine growing areas, Coonawarra and Padthaway in the south-eastern part of the state. <p>This Bin 99 Pinot Noir was made by whole bunch fermenting in small French oak barrels and small batch open-top fermenters. This has enabled Lindemans to produce a complex, cool climate Pinot Noir which features the attractive fruit flavours, spicy oak and soft tannins which are traditionally associated with this variety.
