The Francis Coppola Diamond Series Green Label Syrah is a combination of wine styles. Its obvious opaque, saturated ruby/purple color is indicative of a ripe vintage and concentrated fruit. On the nose, the lifted aromas of red raspberries and clove spice tell of a cool growing region and a more elegant style of Syrah. The palate explodes with black currant and red fruits and the impressive length and extract are indicative of low yields and careful management in the vineyards.
