Rating: 89/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 96, May/June 2001 Medium red. Mellow aromas of plum and woodsmoke. Supple and plummy in the mouth, with subtle notes of chocolate and tobacco. A fairly approachable wine already, finishing with ripe tannins and good length. This shows virtually none of the leafy character it displayed shortly after the bottling last July.
