Stephen Tanzer's International Wine CellarMedium red-ruby, with some amber at the rim. Currant, mocha and smoke aromas, along with a pronounced weedy, vegetal element. Offers only modest texture and ripeness in the mouth; I don't find a lot of flavor development here. Finishes with light but slightly drying tannins. A bit tart throughout.
