This 1998 Shiraz displays a deep red colour with an intense purple rim. On the nose, mulberry and spice characters are prominent whilst the palate exudes fruit richness and a well integrated, firm tannin structure. A fine, underlying acidity holds the wine in balance and sustains the flavours through to a long, spicy, almost smoky finish.
