The 1998 Columbia Valley Red Wine has a complex range of flavors from black cherry and mineral to vanilla bean, smoke and sage. It is a medium to full-bodied wine with a lovely texture and sweetness to the fruit. Drink it over the next 5-10 years.

Deep aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, blueberry, loam, tar, smoke and minerals; as ripe as this is, it also conveys a suggestion of sappy, crystallized fruits.
