The Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is a white wine produced on the restricted area of the village of Puligny-Montrachet (Cote d’Or). The origin of the name of this particular parcel goes back to the Middle-Ages where the landlord of Puligny transmitted this climate to his oldest son the " Chevalier ".
