Big, bright fruit, with crisp acidity, not grassy or sweet. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months, which adds smoothness and richness without detracting from the bright fruit qualities. Tasting notes: aromas of pineapple, honeydew, grapefruit, anise, toast and orange blossom. The flavors include pineapple, mango, honeydew, lime, grapefruit, nutmeg and vanilla honey. Pairs well with fish, shellfish, chicken, pasta, etc.
