Our 1998 Gewürztraminer may be one of the finest versions of this variety we have yet produced. The palate offers layers of concentrated fruit, with firm but not intrusive acids. The nose continues to develop, offering more and more of the typical flowers and spice we expect. While quite lovely now, we expect this wine to develop dramatically in bottle, much like our 1981 and 1991 vintages.
