Medium ruby-garnet color. Dark cherry and loamy-earth aromas, with a slight hint of herbs. Medium bodied, slightly minty, cherry flavors, with a touch of tannin adding length to the finish. The texture is supple, but the flavors have a youthful earthy character a few months in bottle will refine. Not unlike a light Bourgogne rouge from France.
