The Sonoma Valley Merlot is a dark crimson color, with aromas of toasted oak, black cherry jam and spice. This wine is a full-bodied, yet elegant glass with rich black cherry fruit and earth. The finish is slightly tannic and has lingering oak flavors. It should age well for the next five years and will develop Pomerol-like density and texture.
