WINEMAKER'S NOTE
The 1997 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a dark garnet color. It has aromas of oak, black cherry, black olive and sandalwood. The flavor is reminiscent of ripe black cherries with currants. It finishes smooth with spicy oak and blueberry. All in all, we created a more restrained, elegant style with ripe flavors.
