International Wine CellarRating: 93/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 90, May/June 2000 Saturated ruby-red. Explosive aromas of black raspberry, cassis, graphite, tar, minerals and toffee. Lush, superripe and very deep, with almost confectionary sweetness. Thick but not heavy. Very long and lush on the aftertaste, with fine tannins buried in fruit. Compelling merlot with great sex appeal.

Wine.comntense, deep, red-purple color. The nose combines black cherry, black raspberry, oak, spice and a hint of chocolate. This Merlot is forward and very rich on the palate, with a restrained sweetness. The wine is concentrated with a long, lingering, full finish. Alcohol: 14.1% by volume
