Colour: Pale straw with touches of green. Aroma: Dominated by classic red capsicum, passionfruit and Cape gooseberry nose. Supported with a hint of lime and subtle herbaceousness. Palate: Intense ripe Sauvignon Blanc dominates. A full-flavoured style with great balance and longevity. A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a good vintage. A wine to drink now but which, with careful cellaring, will last up to five years.
