The wine begins with dramatic aromas of black cherry and ripe plum. Just as powerful are the supple, seductive flavors achieved without the sweetness or excessive alcohol levels that are typical of other Zinfandel produced from this area. The result is a wine that delivers pure fruit pleasure, great regional identity and textbook Frog's Leap balance and drinkability.
