Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and is aged in 50% to 60% new French oak barrels. This wine consistently exhibits impressive structure and velvety berry flavors vintage after vintage. The first vintage produced was in 1986. A classic Napa Valley Cabernet.

Explosive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, bitter chocolate, camphor, black licorice and violet. Extremely dense and thick without being heavy. Superb flavor intensity and depth. The thoroughly ripe tannins coat the entire palate. The slow-mounting, extremely long finish offers wonderful grip and vibrancy. A great vintage for Maya.
