International Wine CellarRating: 89/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 89, March/April 2000. Full red. The most aromatic of these '97s today, with notes of plum, cherry, bacon fat, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sweetly oaky, thick and nicely concentrated; cherry and spice flavors are firmer and brighter than some of the other '97 Rousseau bottlings. Offers the harmonious texture of the vintage. Finishes persistent and firm.
