St Hallett sources Shiraz fruit from our own vineyards, and growers vineyards in the Barossa and Eden Valleys. The wines selected for the Faith Shiraz are matured for up to 18 months in a mixture of new, and one to three year old American oak barrels. This produces a full flavoured Shiraz with the emphasis on vibrant spicy fruit and subtle oak. The colour of the Faith is deep crimson with a light purple hue.
