This is the twentieth vintage I've made of this Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, each with its own personality, but each one unmistakably born in that vineyard. This wine is characterized by deep, ripe black cherry flavors, hints of sweet vanilla, spice, roasted coffee and mocha, and the light herbal aroma typical of Knights Valley fruit. This wine has an exceptionally persistent toast and ripe fruit finish.
