Our Chardonnay's rich, ripe layers of apple, pear and melon have intriguing hints of hazelnut and spice. Toasty oak nuances culminate in the creamy lingering finish. We captured the vibrant fruit flavors of Chardonnay grapes grown in the cool regions of Napa Valley and enhanced the wine's complexity with barrel fermentation, native yeasts and hand stirring during aging on the yeast.
