A forgotten vintage that we have re-tasted with surprise and pleasure. The colour has evolved, shading into red brick and amber, the aromas are more subtle and elegant with notes of thyme, cinnamon and nutmeg which gives the wine great length and persistence in the mouth, closing with a memorable retro-olfaction.
