Boysenberry, cassis, toasty oak and bitter chocolate on the slightly dusty nose. Penetrating and powerful; quite dry but almost exotically ripe, with sappy berry flavors complicated by graphite and licorice notes.     A very powerful, full-bodied, complex and extraordinary wine. The bouquet is already exceptionally rich and intense. The impression on the palate is of much concentration, fullness and suppleness. Such a balance is rare. Long lasting but already charming.
